A Journey of Purpose, Education, and Connection with the Planet

In 2018, I walked away from a successful 25-year corporate career to follow a deeper calling.
As a surfer, diver, and father, a transformative dive at Cocos Island, surrounded by hammerhead sharks, made me realize I could no longer build brands while nature was collapsing around us.

That’s how SmartRabbit-XR was born in Costa Rica, with a clear mission: to connect students with nature through immersive education.

Thanks to visionary partners and the unwavering commitment of my wife, we’ve impacted more than 125,000 students personally funding over 30,000 and securing sponsorships for another 20,000, bringing access to children from the most remote and vulnerable communities.

Leading organizations such as SC Johnson, Kimberly-Clark, DHL, Ford, GIZ, IUCN, and the Red Cross have placed their trust in us.

With the support of scientists, educators, park rangers, and biologists, and thanks to the breathtaking audiovisual content from WildImmersion captured over years of global expeditions and now integrated into our experiences we’ve built one of the most valuable immersive biodiversity libraries in the world.

Today, I dedicate my life to what truly matters: my two daughters, my wife, our dog, the students we inspire every day, and the conservation of our planet.

SmartRabbit-XR has become the first immersive educational program to reach 12.5% of Costa Rica’s student population a true global success story.
And now, with pride and purpose, we’re bringing this Costa Rican innovation to classrooms across the United States.
