At SmartRabbit-XR, we’re committed to providing high-quality educational experiences to as many students as possible. When you book a date, that time slot is exclusively reserved for your school  and becomes unavailable to others.

1. Reservation Confirmation:

After submitting your booking, our team will reach out via email to reconfirm all details.

 

2. Payment Terms:

No pre-payment is required. Full payment is collected on the day of the event, based on the confirmed number of students.

 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings, as your reserved time could have been offered to other schools.

We understand unforeseen situations may arise; please reach out as early as possible to make adjustments.

Minimum group size: 50 students

Maximum capacity per day: 500 students
