Cancellation Policy
Service & Cancellation Policy At SmartRabbit-XR, we’re committed to providing high-quality educational experiences to as many students as possible. When you book a date, that time slot is exclusively reserved for your school — and becomes unavailable to others. Please review our policy: ​ 1. Reservation Confirmation: After submitting your booking, our team will reach out via email to reconfirm all details. 2. Payment Terms: No pre-payment is required. Full payment is collected on the day of the event, based on the confirmed number of students. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance.
